About Odermann Brothers

Born in Portland, have lived in Portland my entire life outside of the collegiate years in Scottsdale, Corvallis, and Eugene. Settled currently with family in Lake Oswego.
During 2014, Steve Odermann began his career in real estate shortly after completing his studies in Business Administration, and Economics at the University of Oregon. Steve became a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Oregon. He began his career working under the tutelage of his Aunts Teri Nelson and Mary Easlick ~ The Sister Team.

From his first day Steve fell in love with his “job”! He loves the relationships he has been able to form with his clients. Not only is he very proud to maintain a business relationship but also a friendship with clients long after closing. Also, Steve enjoys working through the challenges presented by each real estate transaction and assisting his clients to find the best solution to meet their needs.

Steve has had the good fortune to receive acknowledgements for his work from his colleague’s and the community. These acknowledgements include being named the Realty Trust Lake Oswego Office 2015 Spirit Award Winner at the time he was the firm’s youngest, and least tenured broker to receive the honor. The Portland Monthly Magazine named him a Rising Star during 2016. Also, another publication reaffirmed the Rising Star recognition during a 2017 issues of the Real Producers Portland Magazine. Lastly, during 2015 he won the Realty Trust Lake Oswego Bowling Championship. However, since then he has failed miserably in each attempt to defend and then reclaim this highly contested title.

During 2018, Steve partnered with his brother Nick Odermann to launch their own Real Estate Broker Team ~ The Odermann Brothers’ Real Estate Team. Steve looks forward to the opportunity to learn about how he can assist you in achieving your personal real estate goals.

Nick Odermann is a Portland native with 10 years of experience in real estate. After graduating from the University of Oregon School of Journalism & Communication, Nick returned to Portland to start as a full-time real estate broker. Partnering with family members (two aunts & his brother), Nick began his career. Clients find reassurance in Nick’s good nature as he helps them navigate their real estate journey. His hard work & dedication have helped clients achieve their goals.

Nick enjoys serving a wide variety of clients including first time homebuyers, investors & relocations. Partnered with his brother, Steve Odermann, they have brokered transactions across four counties, including residential homes, condos, townhomes, multi-family housing units, bare land & commercial properties.

When not working, Nick enjoys various outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, tennis & soccer. He also, enjoys supporting his favorite teams: Ducks, Blazers & Timbers with friends & family. One of his favorite activities is gliding down various terrains at Mt. Hood Meadows & Mt. Bachelor during the winter months.
