This is a Gmail-based email system. Bethany will set this up for you and help with access if you have any questions.
Group Email
This is our group email address and it reaches everyone at LUXE. We use it for simple internal communications like sharing new listings, updates, and general news.
Slack
Slack is our main tool for day-to-day team communication. We use it for quick questions, internal updates, sharing listings, and keeping conversations organized by channel. Bethany will add you to the appropriate channels and help get you set up.
Office Access
We use a digital keypad for the office door. Enter 1990, then press the check mark to unlock. When you leave, tap the logo and cover the keypad with your hand to lock it back up.

Printer
We have a Konica printer in the office that produces high-quality prints for listings, books, presentations, and more. When you’re in the office, setting it up is easy. Just go to “Add Printer” in your computer settings and it should appear automatically. The printer is wireless, so look for Konica Minolta BizHub C750 in the list of available options.

This is where we keep all of our brochure templates for listings, email templates, and other marketing assets.

Forbes Global Properties...
You should receive an email directly from Forbes Global Properties with login info, but please tell Bethany [email protected] if you don't see this. This is the backend for listings that will go on the Forbes website. You can manage details, photos, etc. from this portal. There are "how-to's" for that backend.
Website
Justine Kingston [email protected] is our marketing guru. She’ll get you set up on LuxeOregon.com and can help launch your own personal website if you’d like. Justine also creates social media content and supports all things marketing. She’ll be in touch soon.
Business Card
You'll receive a proof from Bethany. Please review and when approved, cards will be ordered and delivered directly to your home address.
Headshot
We will get you set up to take a headshot with our photographer, Lance. Please let Bethany know your availability. If you have an old headshot in the meantime, please send that over.
Signs
We’ll send proofs of your signs for approval as soon as they come in. Once your signs are in hand, most of our brokers work directly with NW Realty Signs for listing placements. They’ll handle getting your sign installed at each property and make the process easy from there.
